Kollakis Librarian 2024-26
We are delighted to announce that longstanding donor to the BSA Mr Pantelis (Lou) Kollakis has become the founder donor of the new BSA Development programme to be launched later this year. Thanks to the Kollakis family’s generosity, our Librarian Evi Charitoudi, has recently become the first Kollakis Librarian for the next two academic years.

It was a pleasure to have Lou back at the BSA for a special tour of the Library’s rare books room in April 2024 and as guest of honour at the Governor of the Bank of Greece’s lecture in October 2024. His ongoing support has made a significant impact on the BSA’s facilities over the past two decades and we are especially pleased that he chose to support the Library again with his most recent gift, having funded its Anastasia Kollakis Wing in 2007. Everyone at the BSA extends their warmest gratitude to Mr Kollakis and the wider family.
